Project Scope: Critical Cable Management

Hydropower facilities operate in uniquely demanding environments where moisture, vibration, and continuous high-voltage loads are the norm. For this phase of their facility's development, Am-Pro Industrial Co. was tasked with the comprehensive deployment and installation of industrial-grade cable tray systems.

Our scope of work involved:

  • Heavy-Duty Cable Routing: Installing the structural trays required to safely route and secure the massive power and control cables that act as the central nervous system of the plant.

  • Environmental Resilience: Ensuring all supports, brackets, and trays meet the rigorous anti-corrosion and structural load standards required in high-humidity power generation environments.

  • Precision Integration: Executing the physical layout with exact precision to guarantee optimal safety, ease of future maintenance, and seamless integration with the plant's existing power boards and infrastructure.
